Join Heather & Emily for a class designed to improve agility, speed, & strength through the integration of various isolated moments. Great for young people to improve balance, coordination, speed, reflexes, strength, and endurance.
Cost: Members is free, Non-Members is a daily fee
Time: 3:45-4:30 PM
Where: Meet in the Aerobics Room
